I have found it's hard to get MG Fantasy out there amongst readers. I've had great feedback from my MG book (adventure, fantasy, clean, etc), but parents are often hesitant to try new authors. It's a tough go. :(
But, I've found the best success has been selling in person. Face to face tends to be the best way to get the books out there! :)
I agree. Direct sales in person has always brought me success and also returning success. It also seems to be where the majority of my word of mouth recommendations come from as well.
